Bill Thompson, Tom Ventulett and Ray Stainback founded tvsdesign in 1968. Bill led the business, Tom was the designer while Ray oversaw the technical aspects of the firm's work. Collaborating on all levels, they developed a practice rooted in design excellence to meet out clients expectations. In 1978, tvsdesign began a process of transitioning ownership to the employees. By 2001, the firm was 100% employee owned. The individuals in the firm each have a vested interest in the firm's success, creating an environment focused on the support of one another and our clients.
