Roger began his architectural career with tvsdesign in 1973 serving as an apprentice architect with the Omni International project team. As a registered design professional, he developed both a deep interest and a keen appreciation of the special nature which business applications have on an architectural practice. Based on his work experience and desire to expand on his business management skills, he returned to school and received his MBA in 1976 from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. By focusing his attention exclusively on the day to day management and financial operations and issues that influence the professional practice, Roger demonstrates that good business and design excellence are inseparable and provides reliable and thoroughly sound direction for the firm and its staff members.
