Andy joined tvsdesign in 1974 and took on the responsibility of project manager for the first phase of the Georgia World Congress Center. The project has enjoyed enormous success and was completed on time and under budget. It also provided Andy with the inspiration for his distinguished career as a designer of many of the United States’ premier convention centers.

He has designed projects that not only bring new economic life to previously marginal urban zones, but serve as the nucleus for further, independent economic development in the surrounding neighborhoods as well.
