Originally renovating both The Court and The Plaza, the spaces were dramatically transformed through keen attention to details and finishes giving the mall a strong regional flavor and a feeling of comfortable elegance. A later expansion of The Plaza saw a new 795,000 square foot two-level mall constructed and linked by pedestrian glass covered walkway to the Court.
