Capturing the dynamic nature of the company’s corporate culture, this corporate campus also encourages employee collaboration and productivity in a sustainable environment. The project was designed as a sweeping arc of five office buildings embracing the naturally landscaped site, while maximizing views and daylight inside.

Sustainable design strategies implemented to achieve LEED NC Gold certification include: 50% of the building’s power is offset with power produced by Green-e certified sources; Preferred parking for Low-Emission Vehicles and Carpools; Bicycle Storage and Changing Facilities; Energy-Star Roof; Water efficient fixtures and irrigation; High Performance Curtain Wall; Raised Floor System; Energy-Efficient Lighting; Skylights at Central Stairs; Construction Waste Management; Specifying Materials with recycled content, manufactured regionally, low VOC; Indoor Air Quality Management.
