Located on an industrial site adjacent to Valparaiso’s historic downtown and waterfront, this project is conceived as a means to integrate the city and its ocean waterfront and serve as an engine for economic and social revitalization of this historic city. The master plan proposes a world-class tourism and mixed-use commercial place integrated with active public plazas, a waterfront boulevard, and pedestrian-friendly linkages to the city’s existing urban streets.
