The shape of this 40-story ,multi-use tower, was inspired by its unique 0.7 acre triangular site. The office and residential components were separated into two slender towers linked by interstitial spaces serving both towers. This unique composition of slender towers in close proximity to each other creates a gateway between the waterfront and the central park of the business district.
