Expanding from two floors to three prompted CMT to renovate their office space while exploring alternative workplace strategies.  Implementing a universal planning system, closed offices are positioned inboard, with open offices around the perimeter allowing the benefit of daylighting. The radio production area is a showcase for the new space while the entire office features reclaimed wood supporting sustainable design principals.
