This design maximizes the street level storefront and plays into the River North neighborhood’s retail feel by incorporating several attention commanding elements to engage people and greet them with an aesthetic that is warm and welcoming.

This showroom was developed in an urban area supporting the concept of a walkable community providing pedestrian access to basic services and public transportation. Low flow fixtures reduced water use by more than 40% over baseline standards. Systems performance was optimized by using low-voltage equipment and appliances. More than 85% of construction waste was diverted from landfills. Occupant comfort is optimized with daylight and views. A premium healthy indoor environment for both staff and visitors was created through the use of low or no VOCs in paints, adhesives, carpet and composite wood.
