Targeted to achieve LEED Silver certification, the new Toco Hill Branch Library is a regional branch library serving a local population of approximately 30,000 residents. The project consists of a new 18,000 sf building with adult, teen, and children’s stacks and reading areas open to a panoramic view of the surrounding park; a 100 seat lecture hall, study rooms, offices for staff, and outdoor sitting areas.
