The Proscenium
The Proscenium is located at the prominent intersection of Peachtree Street and Fourteenth Street in the heart of midtown Atlanta. The twenty four story office tower features an exterior covered loggia along Fourteenth Street, a three story exterior rotunda and water feature on Peachtree Street, and a two story main lobby the entire length of the Fourteenth Street frontage.
The Peachtree Street rotunda transitions into a bay window for the full height of the tower and then transitions into an openwork spire at the top of the tower forming a signature element visible form all directions. The office floors provide spectacular views of downtown Atlanta as well as views to the north Georgia mountains.
