With the anticipated departure of AT&T, one of the original building owners and tenants occupying fifty percent of the building, the goal was to re-image the public space and enhance its appeal in the marketplace.

Two independent security/concierge desk were consolidated into one. The addition of wood panels integrated into the existing architectural detail provided instant visual enrichment and quality. Lighting upgrades throughout improved the aesthetic freshness, as well as performance efficiency. New lounge seating groups with custom designed area rugs were added to encourage business social use and activate the lobby environment.
